Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
- Store customers: files uploaded for printing and payment records (amount, time, store). Card data is processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
- Store owners: name, email, phone, store details and billing details.
- Store devices: status and usage records of printers and PCs.
2. How we use it
Only to process printing and payments, handle refunds, provide support, operate and improve the service, and meet legal obligations.
3. Retention
Print files are released only at that store's printer, and files that are not collected are deleted automatically after a set time. Payment records are kept for the period required by law. Other data is deleted without delay on cancellation or request.
4. Processors
Payments are processed by Stripe and data is stored with cloud infrastructure providers.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at [email protected].
