개인정보처리방침
1. 수집하는 정보
- 매장 손님: 출력하려고 올린 파일, 결제 기록(금액·시각·매장). 카드 정보는 Stripe가 처리하며 회사는 카드 번호를 저장하지 않습니다.
- 매장 점주: 이름, 이메일, 연락처, 매장 정보, 결제 정보.
- 매장 기기: 복합기·PC의 상태와 사용 기록.
2. 이용 목적
출력과 결제 처리, 환불, 고객 지원, 서비스 운영과 개선, 법령상 의무 이행에만 씁니다.
3. 보관 기간
출력 파일은 그 매장 복합기에서만 출력되며, 찾아가지 않은 파일은 정해진 시간이 지나면 자동으로 지웁니다. 결제 기록은 법령이 정한 기간 동안 보관합니다. 그 밖의 정보는 해지하거나 요청하시면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
4. 처리 위탁
결제는 Stripe, 데이터 보관은 클라우드 인프라 업체를 통해 처리합니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
내 정보의 열람·정정·삭제를 [email protected]로 요청할 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
- Store customers: files uploaded for printing and payment records (amount, time, store). Card data is processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
- Store owners: name, email, phone, store details and billing details.
- Store devices: status and usage records of printers and PCs.
2. How we use it
Only to process printing and payments, handle refunds, provide support, operate and improve the service, and meet legal obligations.
3. Retention
Print files are released only at that store's printer, and files that are not collected are deleted automatically after a set time. Payment records are kept for the period required by law. Other data is deleted without delay on cancellation or request.
4. Processors
Payments are processed by Stripe and data is stored with cloud infrastructure providers.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at [email protected].
