환불 정책
1. 출력·복사 요금
- 결제가 끝나기 전에는 출력되지 않습니다.
- 시스템 오류로 출력되지 않으면 결제가 자동으로 취소됩니다. 팩스 전송이 실패하면 요금이 자동으로 환불됩니다.
- 용지 걸림·인쇄 불량 등으로 출력물을 제대로 받지 못했다면 고객센터 1844-2483 또는 [email protected]로 알려 주세요. 확인 후 다시 출력하거나 환불해 드립니다.
- 정상적으로 출력된 출력물은 단순 변심으로 환불하지 않습니다.
2. 운영 시스템 구독료
- 구독은 언제든 해지할 수 있으며, 다음 결제일부터 청구되지 않습니다. 이미 결제한 기간 동안은 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 이미 결제한 기간의 구독료는 환불하지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 사유로 서비스를 정상적으로 이용하지 못했다면, 이용하지 못한 기간만큼 일할 계산하여 환불합니다.
- 장착된 소모품의 값은 환불하지 않으며, 불량 소모품은 무상으로 교체합니다.
3. 환불 방법과 기간
환불은 결제한 수단으로 돌려드리며, 카드사에 따라 영업일 기준 3~10일이 걸릴 수 있습니다. 요청은 [email protected] 또는 1844-2483으로 해 주세요. 영업일 1~2일 안에 답변드립니다.
Refund Policy
1. Printing and copying
- Nothing is printed until payment is complete.
- If a print job fails because of a system error, the payment is cancelled automatically. Failed fax transmissions are refunded automatically.
- If you did not receive a proper printout (for example a paper jam or print defect), contact us at 1844-2483 or [email protected]. After checking, we reprint or refund.
- Printouts produced correctly are not refundable for change of mind.
2. Operating software subscription
- You can cancel at any time and will not be charged from the next billing date. You keep access for the period already paid.
- Fees for periods already paid are non-refundable. However, if you could not use the service due to an issue on our side, we refund the affected period on a pro-rata basis.
- Installed consumables are non-refundable; defective consumables are replaced free of charge.
3. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method and may take 3–10 business days depending on your card issuer. Send requests to [email protected]; we reply within 1–2 business days.
